How much are you willing to pay for a hotel in Makkah?

The Makkah Hotel Price Index captures one of the most comprehensive pricing datasets of Makkah's hotels out there.
If you have ever wondered which hotel you should be booking, then this is a good starting point. After all, it typically comes down to price.
In Makkah, there are four major price segments for hotels. Where you decide to stay will largely be driven by which of these four segments you decide on.
At the upper end, there's the likes of Raffles and Fairmont in the Clock Tower. These hotels offer a level of luxury that others struggle to compete with, and more importantly, views of Masjid al-Haram and the Kaaba that other hotels most definitely cannot compete with.
At the lower end, there are the popular budget options such as Voco, Courtyard and Four Points by Sheraton. None is walkable in less than 20 minutes, albeit for price-conscious visitors, these are the most suitable options.
In between these two extremes lies the vast majority of major hotel brands.
On the middle-upper end, these are largely dominated by hotels that are very close to Masjid al-Haram (for example, Movenpick), albeit they don't offer the same level of comfort and views as Raffles.
On the middle-lower end, there are the major Jabal Omar hotel operators. Most of these offer very convenient distances to Masjid al-Haram, with the more recent brands such as Jumeirah offering luxurious interior settings. However, they cannot compete on views with most Clock Tower options.
Under £100 a night
